Ivan Huang was born in 1965, started painting at his childhood,  in 1984, he won the first prize of  Fujian Province University Students Art Competition.1986 he was an editor of provincial newspaper.1999 he emigrated to Canada and continue be an editor of local Chinese newspaper. In recent years, his art expression Toronto streetscape, transportation and everyday life.

As an architectural photographer,he is behind stunning architectural pictures, in black and white, colors and partial desaturation, by keeping on or more details in colors. Through his retouching techniques, artist enhances the buildings and attracts people eyes on atypical details.
